Kikore Legal
Terms of Service
Last updated: 27 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Kikore for the use of the platform, its member pages and its business-development services. Please read them carefully before creating an account.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of Kikore, a global business development and matchmaking platform. By creating an account, completing onboarding or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you use Kikore on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for it.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.
- You must provide accurate information about yourself and your organization, and keep it current.
- You are responsible for protecting your password and for all activity under your account.
- One person or organization should not maintain duplicate accounts to bypass limits or verification.
- We may require email or business verification, and may suspend accounts that fail it.
3. Your content and public pages
You keep ownership of the content you upload or write. You grant Kikore a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute that content as needed to operate the platform, including publishing the profile fields you mark as public on your collaboration page or hosted page.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you publish and for having the right to publish it. Do not post confidential information of a third party without permission. Public pages can be indexed and copied by visitors and search engines.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading or impersonating information, or misrepresent your affiliation with an organization.
- Harass, threaten or discriminate against other members.
- Send unsolicited bulk messages or use the platform for spam.
- Scrape, crawl or bulk-extract member data, or resell access to the platform.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, permissions or usage limits, or probe the platform for vulnerabilities.
- Upload malware or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Use the platform for anything unlawful under applicable export control, sanctions or anti-corruption law.
5. Introductions and business dealings
Kikore helps members find each other; it is not a party to any agreement you make with another member and does not guarantee any partner's suitability, solvency or performance. Do your own due diligence and keep your own contracts before entering any transaction. Kikore does not provide legal, tax, investment or accounting advice.
6. Subscriptions and payment
- Paid plans, credits and premium features are billed as described at the point of purchase, through the payment provider shown there.
- Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel from your account.
- Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
- We may change prices with advance notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
- You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase.
7. Our intellectual property
The platform, its software, design, methodology and brand are owned by Kikore and protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use the platform under these terms. You may not copy, modify, resell or reverse-engineer any part of it.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the platform available, but we may perform maintenance and may add, change or remove features. AI-assisted features can produce inaccurate results and must be reviewed before you rely on them. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or create risk for other members.
9. Termination
You can stop using Kikore at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, if required by law, or if your account is used for abuse. On termination, your licence to use the platform ends; provisions that by their nature survive termination — ownership, disclaimers and liability limits — continue to apply.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kikore disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Kikore in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live. Before starting formal proceedings, please raise the issue with us so we can try to resolve it.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the platform or the law. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Kikore after an update means you accept the new version; if you do not agree, you should stop using the platform.
